Re: Simple draft contest

My sleeper picks are: Darius Leonard South Carolina OLB/ILB Jamil Demby Maine OG Holton Hill Texas CB Outside of off-field issues with Hill, I really like those 3 players as well Raminec. Yeah I’m not sure that the Rams would take a chance on Hill with his suspension but like his size speed combina...

Re: Jared Goff pranks Ventura College

He showed the poise and confidence he has gained from maturity in just 2 years on the job. Goff has all the physical tools and he has shown his mental toughness after struggling in his first season as a Ram. So many QB’s with the physical traits but just can’t deal with the mental demands and the pr...

Re: Rams have least salary cap space heading into NFL Draft

Cap space can be misleading. There’s a lot of teams with more cap space that have backloaded a lot of contracts and borrowed from the future for cap space this year. Philadelphia Eagles are a prime example of that approach. Rams have managed the cap pretty well and will need all those cap dollars sa...

Re: Cooks trade could unravel grand plan

The Brandon Cooks trade may be the one move too many that unravels a brilliant period of the Les Snead era. A fair price for Cooks was a 3rd round this year or a 2nd rounder in 2019 regardless of the Watkins failed experiment. As everyone knows (including Cooks) the Rams are screwed if they can’t s...

Re: We should have played to win in that last game against the Niners

Yes I think it was a mistake to rest them now in hindsight. Yes I think in hindsight they should have decided before the playoff game that they should bench Pharaoh Cooper. This hindsight thing is pretty cool. Maybe the Rams should employ these geniuses that have this hindsight gift. Look genius it...

Re: DREAM TEAM...BUT WHAT IF? Should Goff or Gurley go down with injury then what?

That’s hard to say because any NFL that suffers an injury to a starting QB or a key offensive weapon like Gurley would be in trouble. I think the Rams will be more balanced than most because they now have a cohesive unit of talent on offense to go along with what looks to be a top flight defense muc...

Re: We should have played to win in that last game against the Niners

Team was out of sync. The entire team was out of sync. Even Goff and Gurley. I think the time off affected the rythym more than someone being nervous. Maybe some people won't agree but there no way either side can prove it. Totally agree. The rest had NOTHING to do with the Atlanta loss. Atlanta ca...

Re: How many Primetime games will the Rams have.

For me an ideal schedule is every game on Sunday with every kick off at 1:00 where the game is being played at. Not going to happen with this team for the next few years but I personally don't need the Rams on prime time. Its a Joke,,, A freaking losing team gets 5 primetime games,,, and its one ag...

Re: We should have played to win in that last game against the Niners

I agree that it sucked to lose that game to the Niners but don’t agree with the idea that we should have played our starters. The Rams were fortunate last year in regards to injuries. Sullivan and Whitworth are both older veterans that benefited from that BYE game going into the playoffs. The lack o...

Re: Love Donald but he is simply not worth the money

So there are lots of variables including if he’s tagged or not and what his commitment would be if he was. You certainly can’t say his past commitment wasn’t 100%. There is also the consideration that if the Rams don’t do right by Aaron Donald then they could lose the commitment of the rest of his ...

Re: Love Donald but he is simply not worth the money

Aaron Donald is the BEST Defensive player in the NFL. His production has been steady throughout his 4 year career. He is definitely worth the money. The Rams Defense is built around Aaron Donald and he is the best player on the team and quite possibly in the NFL. Pay the man! Last year, imo the bes...

Re: Should We Pump the Brakes on the Rams’ Hype?

McVay and Snead have been very careful to point out that the 2018 Rams are 11 wins behind last years team and haven’t accomplished anything yet. I think the media and the fans have bought into the hype but the Rams management knows that even with the new players this season will be much more challen...

I would love the Rams to draft a running back in the last part of the the 4th round. I like Akrum Wadley from Iowa. Comes from a pro style offense.

I think you take an O lineman prospect or edge rusher that drops to #87 but agree that the Rams need to bring another prospect into the running back room. I like Akrum Wadley from Iowa and think he would be available in the when the Rams pick in the latter part of the fourth round. I think he would ...

8 picks in this years draft but he says they have no draft. There is a reason he is on You Tube. He is an idiot. But somehow somebody thinks he makes a good case. I’m calling BS.

Connor Barwin

Just wondering if anyone thinks that the Rams might resign Barwin after the draft and some of the possible extensions get done. Re: Cap Issues on the horizon

Really hope they can get Aaron Donald signed to a long term deal soon and then work out an extension for Cooks. Both players are key to the Rams future success. That being said if their agents want the moon the Rams could just let the season play out and decide from there where to go. I think the Ra...

Re: As Rams go for it all, 49ers are sticking to their plan

The reality is that the Niners have more cap space commitments at this point than the Rams. Jimmy G could be the next Tom Brady but in all fairness he better be for their sake because they have already paid him like a Pro Bowl caliber QB. Their new center Richburg got a huge deal despite coming off ...

Re: Robert Quinn upset with the Rams

Mighty Quinn will always be remembered as a great Ram. That being said the Rams did him a solid by trading him and not releasing him. He gets his 11 million + salary this season and will be playing in a 4-3 base defense he thrives in. If the Rams had cut him I doubt he gets that kind of money on a1 ...

Re: They could trade next year's 3rd

So... There's no reason not to explore trading the Rams 3rd round pick next year and a couple of 6ths this year to try and jump in the 3rd round a second time in this draft. The Rams are reasonably expecting two 3rds and two 7ths in comp picks next year. With two 3rds.. they could easily get a star...
