Re: Rams another 'Dream Team' Eagles? We'll wait and see

McVay has kept this team focused and has reminded them that they have their work cut out for them just to match last years success. The difference between the Eagles so called “ Dream Team” and the 2018 Rams begins with a great young Head Coach. The Rams of 2018 will be defined by how they execute o...

Re: The Fallout to Come From the Aaron Donald Situation

This shouldn't surpise anyone. The Rams have mulitple players who are or will be seeking 20 mill per year contracts or close to that. Donald, Goff, Gurley, Peters, Cooks then throw in guys like Joyner, Saffold, Hav and Brown. And lets not forget we need a new LT in the near future. Lets just say Sn...

Re: The Fallout to Come From the Aaron Donald Situation

The framework is in place as the Rams have the necessary cap dollars in future years to satisfy Aaron Donalds requests as long as they are reasonable. There are other contracts in the same situation. Raiders Khalil is like Donald entering his last year of his contract and he has an equally impressiv...

Non Rams Football Topics - Please Remove or Relocate

Would love to see the non Rams Football posts removed or relocated to the Off Topic Forum. I am a Ram fan and enjoy reading about the Rams and other people’s observations regarding the Rams football team. I really don’t want to have to sift through the click bait or falsely labeled posts that are ju...

Re: Aaron Donald informs Rams he won't attend voluntary OTAs

At this point Donald doesn't care about qualifying for free agency because he knows the team can simply use the franchise tag on him. If he plays and doesn't have a great year then that dilutes his value some. If he gets hurt then that could greatly impact his value. His focus is on that guaranteed...

Re: Aaron Donald informs Rams he won't attend voluntary OTAs

I guess since he held out last year, he has to report 1 month before week 1 this time, otherwise his free agency gets pushed back another season. I can't imagine he would want that to happen, so he should be with the team by the 1st week of preseason. He'll get some preseason action along side Suh ...

Re: Odds are very much against A Donald being worth big money

Well the Rams can't sign Donald and they most likely can't trade him. He's under contract for this year, but does he play without his guaranteed money? Look at the moves the Rams have made. Signing Suh, drafting Franklin with one of their top picks before they went Linebacker. Look at Sneads verbia...

Re: Odds are very much against A Donald being worth big money

Love AD...but lets face it...we are almost certainly going to lose if we give him a bank busting contract. How many non quarterbacks that got mega pay days ever played better after their big pay day then they did before?? Would love to hear some examples....On the other hand the league is littered ...

Re: WILL CHANGING THE KICKOFF RULES MAKE P. COOPER EXPENDABLE?

Its possible. He doesnt see to have an established role in the receiving core other than a backup. His Atlanta playoff performance could cost him a roster spot if he continues to turn over the ball.He was a pro bowl returner last year so he did a lot of good things but he needs to make better judgem...

Re: The MALIBU Shot - 13-3!

I feel like the Rams could face some major adversity this year given their tough schedule. Plus the Aaron Donald impending holdout. Donald will not be holding out as it would just push his contract into next season. He will miss OTA’s and voluntary workouts but knows he cannot miss training camp th...

Re: Peters, Talib Are Everything and More Than Rams Expected

I like Peters play, but I hope he isn’t the dick that he was in K.C. I talked to a Chief’s fan this past weekend and he was telling me a story how he had flown to K.C. for a game. Marcus Peters walked by after the game and someone took a photo of him(from a distance). He said Peters started yelling...

Re: Kurt Warner almost laced em up for 2018

As much as I adore KW, I would think this experiment would go badly. Too many good memories to see him come back and pull an MJ to the Wizards... Great player! No chance to be successful in today’s NFL at his age. He wouldn’t last a month. Love Kurt but he is yesterday’s news as a playerr. This cou...

Re: Very Early 53

I don't think Eldrenkamp and/or Lucas makes the team. I'd also take Justin Davis over Rogers. We really don't need a FB. I'm sure Brown would do in a pinch. And I'm thinking that Higbee shouldn't be feeling too comfortable, either. I think McVay has a plan to use Rogers. They drafted him for a reas...

Re: 6th Rounder Trevon Young is ‘Honored’ and ‘Blessed’ to Join the Rams

This kid has been through a lot. I think he might be more of a medical redshirt IR project for this season and could possibly be a steal if he is able to fully recover from his hip injury and stay healthy.

Re: LOOKS LIKE TARGET MAYBE BARRON

Rams are currently $2,701,158 UNDER the cap. Factoring in some of those later round picks into depth/special teams positions will improve their overall cap position. Barron is a valuable player in Wade Phillips defense and is not going anywhere this season. The Rams don’t have anyone on their roste...

Re: The MALIBU Shot - 13-3!

There are some tough stretches of their schedule especially early on with back to back tough games against the Chargers and Vikings followed by three straight road games and then Packers - Saints. I think they lose 1 game early to either the Chargers or the Vikings and then drop 1 more before the by...

Re: Andrew Whitworth #87 on NFL Top 100

Should be higher rated but people that understand football know how much he means to a team. Sean McVay took the Rams offense from worst to first but it would never have happened without Whitworth. To me he is just as valuable as Goff and Gurley to the Rams offense both on the field and off. Without...
