Re: Idiotic contracts

Just my opinion but... The Pats - Billy Cheat does it right.... There is only 1 player you invest big money in and that's a franchise QB. Not that you don't pay other players good money but every player in the NFL, minus a franchise QB, is replaceable if you have a great system. Have a great system...

Re: so what did the Eagles players accomplish?

No other recent President has reached out to the Black or so called minority Communities like Trump did during his campaign or kept their promise that things would get better for them. The Black/minority families are doing better than they ever have job wise and they just announced there are 8 M le...

Re: so what did the Eagles players accomplish?

and oh yeah the Eagles. They tried to turn it into a political stunt as not 1 black player or other personnel was going to attend. They blabbed about it as loud and as proud as they could before hand. They said a small contingent of 10 people would attend instead of the 90 expected. The same game pl...

So the lefts position is still that if you don't accept "their" version of "Reality" then you are the one to blame for everything. I learned along time ago that everytime they open their mouth, the opposite is true. Funny how you guys act like you should be granted the right to speak for all of us, ...

Re: Idiotic contracts

The league wide cap is what controls the contracts getting out of control. You not feel that Zach deserved that money but obviously somebody felt differently, fully aware that might cost them a player down the road. If you want to talk about out of control contracts take a look at basketball....How...

Re: What season-ending injury could sink Rams in 2018?

#1. Goff by a mile. We have no one close to his caliber on the roster... #2. Gurley - would be a major drop off if he went down... #3. Woods and or Kupp - they're Goff's go to guys... #4. Whitworth - it all starts with him on the OL. He doesn't give the D squat\keeps Goff's backside clean... #5. An...

Re: What season-ending injury could sink Rams in 2018?

LT or Whitworth. We saw how it was before he came last year, They do not iMO as yet have a viable replacement if Whit goes down. Goff and probably the whole Offense would become way less effective. I don’t feel that would do it anymore. I feel like they would be able to handle one injury on Oline. ...

Throwback blue/yellow will hopefully be our permanent homes, with classic white/blue (Gabe/Deacon era) for aways. Best of both worlds.
Yeah I could go for that.

Re: Unifroms

Why not just have a home uni for 8 games and a road uni for 8 games, line up and play, and forget all the rest of the non football BS pandering that HAS to be forcibly injected into every fuckin thing, before, during and after. That said, I like the yellow/blue 1973-2000? unis that we wore in the 1s...

Re: Has anyone noticed???? QB

What I see is the ones that come in and do have a good 1st season step back big time year 2.
Bridgewater, Griffin, Carr, Newton, Mariotta, Prescott are all good examples of that.
We'll see this year how it goes for Goff and Wentz and the guy in Houston..

I like Reynolds and Ebukam as well. I'll add Matt Longacre or any other DE and Justin Davis. DE is a concern imo. Now that Fox is gone Longacre is the only non Rookie DE on the current roster. They've used Westbrooks and Easley as Ends before but now have them listed as Tackles. Bring back Barwin? S...

Re: 2018 NFL Over-Under Win Totals: Rams smell like a legitimate Super Bowl contender

Teams that come out of nowhere like the Rams did last year have in many cases taken a step back the next year, then rebound again because of the talent they have amassed. The Panthers, Raiders, Redskins and Bucs are recent examples. Heck it even hit the GSOT 99 SB team. 16-3 to 10-7 to 16-3 Hope thi...

Re: Alumni day: Steven Jackson declares he is greatest Rams running back of all time

He has the yardage lead in Rams History, AFAIC Faulk, Dickerson, McCutcheon, Cappaletti and Crazy Legs efforts were more conducive to team success then SJ39 ever was. Well, Elroy "Crazy Legs" Hirsch was primarily a WR, rather than a RB, for our team. "Jaguar Jon" Arnett was the best RB (also a top ...

He has the yardage lead in Rams History, AFAIC Faulk, Dickerson, McCutcheon, Cappaletti and Crazy Legs efforts were more conducive to team success then SJ39 ever was. Personnel might have a lot to do with that and probably contributed to Jaclsons lack of big plays in his body of work. I cannot howev...

Re: Rams stadium costs top $4 billion

I guess I don't care what it costs. Maybe an extra year and 2 billion would have swung a couple of owners to vote the other way. The Rams will still be among the top 5 or 6 in Attendance and Revenue playing 1 more year in the Coliseum. I think it's safe to assume that there was no way Spanos and Da...
