Re: Josh Reynolds has arrived

JR, Higbee and Everett are all starting to step up.... As we get more players involve,,, we start to get deeper within our roster.... knowing that we now have six skill players we can count on... those three above with our starters in Gurley, Cooks, and Woods... I was going to add the TE's too. Of ...

Re: Where Does The 2018 Jared Goff Rank Amongst The Leagues 32 Starting Qb's?

Where I rank him this year -- Brees, Rothlesberger Rivers/Goff/Mahomes/Brady I am omitting Rodgers. Rodgers is of course ahead overall but this year, he just isn't the same. Probably the knee issue. Brady? - while the best of all time, I am going to go out on a limb and say he is finally losing it j...

Re: Suh is killing them

Suh and Donald - I never thought it was gonna work the way it was hyped up. Especially on a 3-4. We needed complimentary players to Donald, not an older slower version of him. I think they finally addressed the outside pass rush need with the last pick up....... Maybe at the end of the day , Suh was...

Re: Please thicken the horns on the helmet!!

So, after the most amazing game of the year we are going to talk about fashion? Ok, I like the current horns. Thinner, sleeker horns go with the speed of today's game. The ones from Gabe's era are a little thick but not so bad, Those super thick ones from the 50's look dated.

Re: McVay choosing to throw for a first down with the game on the line..

Horrible play-calling. Hekker’s incredible punt and pressure on Mahomes made it go away. I think what really hurt them there was the 5 yd penalty. It turned the situation into a 2nd and 11 - run the ball a couple of times to make KC use the time outs or pass for a first down and then run out the cl...

Re: Announcers Biased Against Rams

This MNF team is so awful, I don't even listen half the time. The analysts -- Witten is horrible. He tries to be Romo but he is not. Booger McFarland is a little better but I feel like the two are always trying to over talk each other.

Re: Andrew Whffworth is fading

Good observation, I was thinking the same thing! I wouldn't make the mistake of resting players like last year, but i'd rest Whitworth for the Cards, and 49ers games... Noteboom is more then adequate to fill in for those games, and we need a fresh Whitworth in the playoffs! i'm very appreciative fo...

Remember when we were always wondering/debating - if it was the players or the coaching? think we know the answer now.

Re: Goff over Wentz

I am very happy with Goff. Maybe it's a cop out answer but I feel like he fits the Rams better and Wentz fits the Eagles better and what they do. I guess if I started a team from scratch - of the two ,Goff would be my pick. He started slow but has gotten progressively better as time went on. He is p...

So, how do we evaluate the play of the defense?

It was an awesome game, a great win! Game of the year. Two kind of mirror image 9-1 teams battling back and forth the way they did. So, was this a good defensive performance or not? The score was 54-51, they let up 6 td passes, 500+ yards. Still, in the context of this game, It looked to me like the...

They just might have won over Los Angeles!! So that's what a home field advantage looks like? The coliseum was electric!

Re: Sean Payton

This is what I was thinking this yesterday - If the rams had a huge lead like this- they would have sat back, played conservative and watched the Eagles needlessly make it close. They would have still won but probably by 10 points - maybe even letting it get a little hairy at the end. So, while the...

Point is it’s game 11 of the regular season At 9-1 the Rams are playing for the NFC West Title,a first round playoff bye and the #1 Seed in the NFC playoffs, they need to win more games then New Orleans does in these last 6 games That’s the point, eff the governer Dude, I was kidding. I'm not trying to be pessimistic.Rams have a chance. There is a lot of football left. Rams are right there among the very best in the league... .........But sometimes one team just emerges, gets on this roll and separates themselves from the rest. Everything comes together perfect and they know it. ...

I'm trying to get all hyped for this game but then I think back on all of those huge Governor cup preseason games. They meant something. Now it's just not the same. Mariota just can't stay on the field. He's always hurt. It looks like this is going to define his career.... Winston - has or had all the talent in the world but just doesn't have that Drew Brees attitude/work ethic. The Eagles have had this out of sync look since first day of camp. On offense - The...

Anyone remember Tony Horne? Huge part of 99 team. Rams would always start drives at their own 35 or 40. Let's go Coop, come on back in the fold!
The kickoff return for a td to start the second half against the Vikings. I'll never forget that.

Yeah but it works for him. He gets that team ready to play each and every week. Even in a down year. They are always tough.

Beats the track around the old turf in the St. Louis Dome... ask Reggie Bush They've been doing this to the players for a long time. The eagles used to play on a concrete surface covered by green carpet. How many careers were shortened or ruined? They throw all these millions at the players then as...

Re: The California Cool of Jared Goff

Good read! This article touches on something I noticed and posted about after the Packers game. Sometimes during key moments of a game, Goff seems more composed than McVay. Maybe they have things to learn from each other. Goff's slow career start still hurts him a bit. Certainly he is better than Ca...
