I'm surprised. Thought they would over pay for Cousuns or draft one of the college QB's who all will need some time. Now do they draft the Penn State RB...............

Pats have made a living of trading their backup QBs. What did the 49ers have to give up for him?

Considering Brady is long in the tooth and the cheats trade their backup QB I wonder if that QB is worth anything? Those guys don't often trade away anything of value.

I’m thinking Pats could have gotten a 4th rounder as well. Off the cuff I’d say Niners got best of it but Belicheat’s no fool.

Niners board was crashed last night when I looked to see reaction.

Personally,,,

I still think they will draft a QB in the next draft... and groom him for a few years....

I dunno. Let's see how he does. I'm not so sure he is any good at all. After seeing the fraud Matt Cassell, I don't trust anything that I see from a NE qb. (Brady exception of course). That team can make any qb look good.

They had a great system, cheating system, but all their tapes Goodell let them keep are getting old and with all the new coaches and players, it's starting to catch up to them lol
And you're totally right, outside of their little cocoon no one seems to do much including McDaniels

This dude has started how many games? His sample size is what? I don't care about his limited highlights or his measurables. That was a desperation move cus they are afraid they'll miss out on Cousins and the top 2 QBs. There will be a lot of teams scrambling for QBs next offseason and there's only about 3 to grab. I'll take Jimmy twice a year instead of Cousins or one of these rookies. But we shall see.

what? you want to complain about one I think you would consider favorable? :)

and what kind of so called knowledgeable fan calls a team same old bottom of the barrell.. when theyve been fantastic 3 of the last 6 years and owned playoff reservations from 1981 to 2002...
this is a major market, winning franchise. It not like theyve been Jax or Cleveland lately

Not complaining man..in fact I'm kinda laughing.

Doesn't matter who they were it's who they are and what they are is winless....Seattle will handle the niners fairly easy IMO...that said it is an interdivisional game and crazy things can happen in those contests.
