After watching the Atlanta - Carolina , neither one of these teams look like they're in any kind of rhythm offensively. Cam looked terrible and McCaffrey was a non-factor. A few players got banged up for Atlanta. I think we take care of business next week.

Think about it,,, the Falcons played their Asses off because they had to,,, that takes a toll on the their bodies for next weekend against US.....

We lost and saved most of our starters with rest and saves their bodies to heal more and still keep the 3rd seed...

at the same time,,, a few posters can eat crow.....

The Bucs get McVay out of the doghouse for his mistake of resting players when their playoff seed was at risk. Thank you, Tamp!!!

And to top it off,,,

We have rested players,, and Atl only has 6 days rest after a hard fought game they played... some wear and tear on their bodies...

In other words....the Rams played a meaningless game and made a smart decision to rest key players....great move by McV

Keep in mind that game was a divisional contest. Those two teams know each other well. Hands downs the NFC South was best division in the conference this year. The Falcons won't be a cakewalk by any means. Bu I like our chances, key is not letting high flying Falcons off to an early lead to keep Gurley and running attack a factor.

We stunk it up with our backups, did not bring a gameplan (purposeful) and will need to improve our depth next year (which we already knew). Still, it all worked out as I expected. Jimmy GQ has NO deep ball, the Niners have to pay him and lose a higher draft position. I’m sure McVay has more class but I’m fine with reminding SF, The Rams are Western Division Champs, 11-5 in First Place and the Niners are 6-10 in LAST PLACE, the only scoreboard the matters.

...and with a Saturday playoff game, the Falcons lose a day of practice AND have to travel across the country...AND Matt LaFleur knows their offense really well and will help Wade scheme a defense. Rams are already 5 point favorites. There are many reasons why they're favored to win this one.
