They're gonna need cheap replacements for Whitworth, Joyner, Talib, Brockers and Barron, imo.
Well we should have each of those players including Joyner if he gets tagged again....

for the next two seasons.... it would be nice to win back to back Super Bowls....

and go into the new stadium in 2020 with some rings and new uni's....... :D :D :D
I honestly won't be surprised if neither Whitworth or Joyner are on the roster in 19. I wouldn't be surprised if one of them is on the roster in 19. I'd be shocked if both are on the roster in 19.
I feel Whitworth will be here in 2019,

Noteboom needs a few years to built up his upper body,,,,

He needs more strength in the upper body...

Joyner,,, I can see him being replace in the next draft...

I love this signing. Now Cooks can get comfortable knowing he’s going to be staying somewhere for a while. I think he will really start to produce. He seems like he has his head in the right place.
Plus Cooks is another WR that has hands... with speed....

We now have three WRs that can catch the rock......
I seem to remember Kupp dropping the ball all over the place at key moments in the game...like at Minnesota...twice!!!! You mean we now have two starting receivers who can catch...right?

You may be right. I worry because Whitworth did have a drop in play last year, according to several observers. We just didn't notice because he was so much better than what we had. My radar is up because... at his age.. a decline could be quick.

Joyner.... I just think you can't spend that much at that position for very long unless you have a superstar.

Okay, okay, okay.... I'll stop being a dick.

Yep, the draft is gonna be really important for this team. Joyner they need to figure something out for if he plays as well again this season. We saw what happened to the run defense when Brockers went down in the playoff game so in my mind he would be the other to get done.

NO,, I mean all three...

I don't know exactly how many drops he had last year....

I use to watch those stats in one site I use to search on,

but they don't keep those stats anymore,

On Football Outsiders,,, Kupp's catch rate... he is ranked at 12 in DYAR/DVOA.. catching 65% of balls thrown to him.

Woods ranked at number 22 catching 65% and now Cooks ranked at number 13 catching 57%

One thing I will say, it's one of the biggest contracts ever for a wide receiver, a receiver who hasn't played one single down for the Rams. Is he a potentially good fit for this scheme? Yes. And yet he hasn't played one regular season down for this team.

McVay has only been here one year going on their second year,,,

I'll trust his judgement, then you seeing the glass half empty,,, :D :D :D

I think McVay seems to know what he's doing and Les Snead? Ya, he's been doing an outstanding job as well. There are negative people who will invent problems for every scenario. A lot of money for a WR? Yes. Let's hope this guy gets famous and I'll let the nay sayers say nay all day.

Great move. Like others said, he must have really showed big in OTAs; plus McVay wanted him instead of Watkins last year anyway. I'm just concerned about Donald. He is a Hall of Famer. They obviously don't walk through the door every day. He needs to be signed.

I think this is a great deal for the Rams. His stats the first 3 years in the league are as good as it gets. Plus Cooks is younger than Kupp. He hasn't even hit his prime yet...

Woods, Cooks and Kupp are going to be one of the best groups of WR's in the league - if not the best...

Judge our new coach in his third year. After all our last coach was to game strategy what Yoko Ono was to the Beatles...
