Gaines vs Robinson - Who stays @ DT ?

Wondering if there is any new info on where Rams FO currently stands on this decision - I assume Bobby Brown III is penciled in at DT but the other spot ? Gaines will cost some $$$ and is a solid inside pass rusher while Robinson is a physical beast and great vs the run/ not so much as a pass rusher. I think the sad prospect of inept DC Morris coming back will weigh heavy on who stays as there seems to be no way both stay. Any update on Ram mindset here ?

No much on this yet. For my money, I would keep Gaines and you are right, Brown is going to take a larger role. AD makes everyone look so much better.
We may have to free up some money and let both Gaines and Robinson go. Copeland, Brown, and AD in the middle??

Gaines over Robinson any day. Robinson was great at the end of last year and during the playoff run but he is hurt to often and I think Brown can take his place. Rams need to try and keep Gaines.

But it depends on what he will cost. Rams are up against the cap so I wouldn't be surprised if the Rams move on from both of them.

Morris has nothing to do with it, but if anything it would be a plus since players seem to love him. Really it's about the money. Definitely would prefer Gaines over Robinson, but I think he will be out of the Rams price range. Robinson won't get huge offers, so maybe he comes back to the Rams on something affordable.

I'm the contrarian here I want Robinson over Gaines. When Robinson was in with Jones and Wagner we had a great run d Gaines can be replaced for less or currently on the roster.
