Gotta admit the 9ers ain't going away any time soon because Lynch and Shan are locked in for many years to come. Wish Lynch would retire.
Chiefs are the NFL dynasty in the making others say.
Frig the 9ers.

a top QB and they probably are. Though McC is fragile and a threat to miss half a season at any point. They don't seem to have problems finding RB's though

Re: Dynasty NFC West: SF?
Division success = Dynasty. Hmm interesting………
Sounds like their fans here in Bay Area that would throw a parade for a great regular season……
28 years and counting………
Another NFC West team 1 year and counting………

Re: Dynasty NFC West: SF?
28 years and counting since they won the Super Bowl. You have to win the big one to even be considered a dynasty. As for Lynch he’s come up with some great picks in the draft like Fred Warner but his track record in the early rounds has not been very good outside of the Bosa pick. The Trey Lance pick is looking really bad right now. They have assembled a great team but they have a lot of cap considerations ahead with Bosa looking to reset the market for defensive players while they have big cap commitments to Warner, Deebo, CMC , Kittle and Trent Williams. Brock Purdy might have saved Lynch’s ass if his good play continues because they would likely have to commit valuable resources to secure a QB otherwise. The Niners have been a up and down team in the Shanahan/ Lynch era up until the last few seasons. They are 52-46 in the regular season and 6-3 in the postseason in the 6 year span. By comparison the Rams under McVay / Snead are 60-38 in the regular season and 7-3 in the playoffs over the same span with a Super Bowl win and nobody’s considering that to be anything close to a dynasty.

Re: Dynasty NFC West: SF?
Amazing how a team who hasn't won squat in years is being discussed as a possible dynasty team.
Just for the record. Since 2017
49ers 52-46 (identical record as the Chargers)
Rams 60-38
When does such dynasty begin?

Re: Dynasty NFC West: SF?
I was talking about a division dynasty. How many NFC west division titles were the niners accrue? 10 years from now will they have 8 to 10 division titles? Could be. To hell with the niners.

Re: Dynasty NFC West: SF?
Does anyone even have a clue who their QB will be? Purdy and Lance will be coming off injuries and it remains to be seen how well they play.
Year after year we hear of the 49ers upcoming dynasty. It hasn’t happened yet.

Re: Dynasty NFC West: SF?
Ummmm, at this point the 49ers currently have *one* NFC West title in a row, that's hardly an especially impressive showing.
Remember following the 2012 season, when so-called 'experts' were calling the 49ers a "division dynasty," not to mention likewise after the '19 season?
What happened to those projected 49ers' NFC West titles in '20 and '21, anyway, hmmmm...??
