We have heart and the instinct will come as these youngsters develop.FelixTheStonerCat wrote: ↑October 8th, 2023, 3:53 pm How fucking disappointing. How horrible. Oh well. At least we did something I guess. Despite all the Morris love, we were playing ok. We don't have heart. And never will. We don't have killer instinct. And never will. We don't have anyone that can create turnovers, considering we get em every few weeks. We have ONE person that can maybe get sacks. Oh well. Better luck next week I guess considering they're gonna do the same shit and let the other team come back.

Re: Eagles @ Rams Game Thread
Rams are clearly softer than the top teams in the league.
But given the relatively weak schedule going forward I think there’s still 6 or 7 wins on the schedule. There’s lot of parity below the top

The Eagles are a stacked team! The Rams are not..we played them pretty tight throughout this game..a couple of catches or a better pass or two..maybe another turn over this game might have turned out differently for us..we still are in the fight for a wildcard berth..but need to get straight against the Cardinals.

Still passing too much. Until 5 minutes left, we were still within one score. McVay will never learn. If offense is his forte, and he is willing to accept Morris’s schemes, we will never go anywhere.

If Stafford was on point today, the Rams would have had at least 24 points.

Stafford
The entire offense was off. How anyone thinks 14 points acceptable is mind boggling.

Dont overblow it. There's still a "path" to 10-7/9-8 if we have any Balls. Weve already played 2 out of our 3 hardest games of the year, Home San Francisco, At San Francisco, Home Philly. 2-3 is yawn as long as we take care of business and win as Favorites against Arizona, Pittsburgh, and more down the road.brasilrams wrote: ↑October 8th, 2023, 3:53 pm Very disappointed because I really thought this team was on to something. 7-10 more likely. It is hard for the offense to do something when the other team is sustaining super long drives because they are converting every third down. So....this was the first game this seash where I can say both units were fucking horrible. Congrats to the fo on buliding this roster, that will probably finish less than.500 again.

Re: Eagles @ Rams Game Thread
Imo the defense was equally as bad. They couldn't get off the field...eagles had drives that they converted third and long all the time. The tacking on those hurts runs were horrible. Durant is a huge liability but poor tackling is usually coaching. You can't expect to win if your offense is basically the entire second half watching the game from the bench while your defense allows super long sustained drives that ends up in points. Allowing a 95% third down conversion rate is not acceptable and won't let you win games.

Did anyone at the beginning of the season, when the schedule came out, predict the rams to beat Eagles, Niners and Bengals? I sure didn't. In all honesty I had the rams 2-3 at this time. Re: Eagles @ Rams Game Thread
would have to be perfect throws only one I say was a bad throw was the one to atwell on the deep slant the others were the receiver was covered underneath and Stafford had to throw perfect pass One of which Kupp turned the wrong way while pursuing the ball. Both TD's were perfectly thrown balls to covered receivers. you guys can blame stafford for not being perfect I blame a 75 yard drive in 32 seconds and 450 yards given up. To be honest this is the defense I expected all yearbrasilrams wrote: ↑October 8th, 2023, 4:02 pmWhat about the 5-6 balls he overthrew.... Re: Eagles @ Rams Game Thread
The defense looked undersized and overmatched; tackling was horrible. Offense had some moments in the first half but went nowhere after the Eagles pass rush got in gear. Oh well... 2-3 without getting blown out after 5 games against 4 playoff teams from last year (three of which were in their conference championship games) gives reason for some hope. The saddest thing is that it seems that this franchise is never going to have much of a following in L.A. Opposing fans seems to dominate SoFi every game. That can't be much fun to face for the "home" team.
