I disagree whole heartedly. Every citizen who isn't a violent criminal should own/carry a loaded gun.

Lib controlled state with gun laws disrespecting the 2nd Amendment... 31 R controlled states he probably doesn't even get charged because it isn't hard to get that permit there... This probably should be in the off topic because that's where a topic like this leads, discussion wise.

But yes there are states that what Kendricks did probably isn't even illegal. Again, pending what actually occured.

I'll never understand this. You are making an incredible amount of money, and all you have to do is follow the law and abide by team and NFL guidelines... yet, some of these guys thinks its cool to carry a weapon in YOUR CAR without a CCW... SMH

He was arrested but the NFL will wait until the case is adjudicated. If he’s facing any action right now it would have to come from the team. They could release him or just bench him. The details will be the key. Frank Clark was arrested in Los Angeles in 2021 with a duffel bag in his car that had a handgun and a Uzi machine gun. He got a one year probation and 40 hours community service. After his sentencing the NFL gave him a 2 game suspension. It’s unlikely that the court date will be this year so unless the Rams choose to release him he will likely be available to play on Sunday.

Since this is his first offense.

More likely DK won't play this week but won't be cut. Rams will wait it out and as long as anything more crazy then this doesn't pop up. The league will suspend him for a few games and he'll remain a ram

Sorry guys, but CA absolutely stinks when it comes to 2nd amendment. Oh, and by the way you don't need a concealed carry permit in GA. I personally have one just for reciprocity rules of neighboring sates. (Yes, I know he was in CA.)

I would understand if he was committing an illegal act while in possession of a gun, but just because he has a gun in his car does not make him a bad person.

Some of you might want to watch a little film before casting him completely aside. He actually has played some really tight coverage and kept some of the best receivers in check. Yes, he has also made some very stupid mistakes but he is probably our best 1-on-1 coverage CB. We might regret it when he is out 4 games. It is okay to call out his bonehead moves but you might want to call out his good plays too.

I absolutely hate his cocky attitude and he needs a reality check, but next man up COULD be a lot worse.

I don't know, but until he does something illegal with it (or without it) he deserves the right to have one.

Okay, that is a HUGE difference between "A lot of people" and "Anyone". I can agree with that to an extent...at least the premise of it. By the way, using drugs or alcohol with a loaded gun is illegal so I could understand being arrested in that case.

This bigger concern is TMZ is reporting that he helped his team win earlier that night? What game were they watching. Because that's the real story here ..I don't blame him at all..I don't know how many of you drive through Inglewood during the day..let alone at night. But I have customers down there and I drive through Florence Ave and I always have my American Express Card with me!.. I don't leave home without it..especially because my wife and son are with me 95% of the time. No thx..I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6..
