Complete embarrassment - Everyone is to blame but Defense is terrible period!

Most know I hate Morris, and he deserves a ton of blame, but poor STs on the Turpin run back the block punt, Stafford throwing that pick unacceptable. Nacua drops. McVay still refuses to give the OL help, calling bad 4th down play when you need 2 yards, Rypien is terrible and will they ever bench Kendricks he needs to be cut! I could go on honestly there is not one player who deserves any praise other than maybe AD.

This game is the the encapsulation of what most thought no defensive pressure, terrible cb play bad run d it is endless.

As wealthy as Stan is, how does he tolerate all the $ Snead has squandered away from bad contracts? Yes, he got his Super Bowl, but i’ll bet pretty much any GM with the resources Snead has at his disposal could have done it?

Problem we expect to win and when we don't postersgo off. We knew this most likely would be a down year. We gutted the defense eliminated 8 starters. Seattle win and Nacua, Dotson, Young, Witherspoon, Avila additions gave us all false hope.

For me the offense shouldn't be this inept to is the same only much better with Kupp and Stafford healthy, Puka, Tutu Avila and Dotson and KW emerging but we aren't I believe it is due to Stafford either it's his hip or age or combo but he seems like the only common denominator.

We completely overhauled the ST. Les did a masterful job in the draft and in FA.

Not at all an embarrassment. I predicted 37-17. Not that far off. Everybody knew that this was not a good match up for the Rams.

To put this into perspective. As young and as bad as the Rams have been, they're only 2 games behind the 9ers.

Expected loss. But if Stafford is out, we are not winning anything. Boy we need some guys who can play CB. Maybe a new DB coach? Great players make plays and guys get burned. But Kendricks has seen enough. Time for him to sit. Durant needs to get better or he's out too. Off season we can pickup some vet DBs to help. Hope TT will be good- gotta seem him play a full game. Morris can go. But we have a few good pieces on D. We need another ILB, Edge, DL/NT. Really plug up the middle and get a better pass rush going. That will help the secondary. Draft a QB, DL, LT/OL early. Then move on BPA. Lot of pieces.

I was listening on Sirius Radio, and that was the exact impression I got.
Think about it though - aside from this game, the Rams have actually played quite will this season. If we had 1 really good CB, some better play-calling, and a more consistent Stafford...this team would be a contender. And that's NOT THAT FAR AWAY.

Plus it happens to every team. Look at Dallas vs. SF. That loss was probably as bad as ours yesterday...and SF has done what since then? (3 straight losses). Denver giving up 70, then beating KC...and on and on.

It's the NFL. Yes the Rams were supposed to suck. There would absolutely be game like this. But a few horrendous calls early, a blocked punt for safety & quick TD...horrible pick 6... even that shit show could easily been a lot closer (more like an average loss).

Defense was horrible. Maybe this is when this team with inferior talent folds for the year. Or doesn't. I have no idea. I'd like to see our young players continue to grow.

Regardless, this year wasn't about winning at all costs. Pretty much the opposite.

First Dallas drive looked promising. All over Prescott. And then the BS hands to the face call. All down hill after that.

I thought we would be 2-6 after 8 games so this is a plus to be 3-5 IMO. What I did not expect in yesterday's game was a complete breakdown in every aspect of the game. special teams was plain awful.
