Familiarity?? What's that even mean? To what familiar extent? Hope it's not Perkins. More so hoping it's someone who Mcvay is familiar with from the Redskin days, or someone that Lafluer is familiar with from the Jets days. Please, nobody who previously played for the Rams!

Come on Mcvay, similar to when the Rams acquired Baker, think outside of the box. The backup qb doesn't need to have played in your system, they can learn just enough to be effective.

Please no Mannion, Perkins or Bortles, etc. It's not worth the time. They bring nothing to the table except knowing the play calls.

Looking like Dresser Winn is coming back? I'm Ok with that. At least he brings an unknown to the team. Unlike Perkins, and Wolford, we really don't know what Winn can bring. I like the fact that he has a big arm. How accurate? Who knows. Will he evolve into an NFL backup? Odds are probably against it, but there's always the chance he could turn in to a Mike White, Tyler Heinike type of QB. I'm anxious to see what he's got against NFL starters, and playing WITH NFL starters.

Good call. I'd rather Stafford be healthy, but if not, I'd really like to see Dresser get on the field.

I also take Winn over Wolford.

Winn has tools that at least has a chance to further develop.

Wolford size and arm limits him. He isnt durable either.

Dresser Winn is just barely enough to be practice squad QB..this was the Rams PlanB? after Wolford told us to pound sand. No this signing signals the Rams don’t give a shit about this year..period! It's ride and die with Stafford..
